Delivery Guide

 

Our aim: is to provide you with the best value and most suitable delivery for your order. 

We offer pick up by appointment and free local delivery.

Delivery P&H from $9 with flat rate on small items. 

Shipping will automatically increase at checkout, depending on what you purchase. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the calculated shipping costs, please message us so we can check it.

Australia Post Tracking is added to each parcel, we send you a email with that information so you can track your parcel.

Both Standard and Express options available at checkout.

 

Order dispatch timeframes: 

We are a small family business here at Swan Creek and we do our best to have all orders dispatched quickly. 

We generally dispatched orders on the next working day from Warwick 4370. However, on occasions and during trade shows our dispatch times may be longer.

Express Post is not express dispatch, however we do look out for express post orders and read all messages from our customers.

 

Custom shipping and quotes

International. Yes we can post parcels aboard within reason.

Australia. We offer custom shipping quotes for all furniture, fragile and larger items over 1M. 

These items cannot be automatically added to cart and require you to contact us with your information, so we can find you the best shipping solution.

We now deliver Furniture and big orders ourselves, we’ve found this the best and only affordable option. 

We’re happy to drive to areas of Warwick - Brisbane - Logan - Gold Coast - Toowoomba - Scenic Rim and Southern Downs.

Other locations require more planning and are we are unable to deliver big things to far away locations at this current time. 

Furniture held on house layaway, until you are ready to pick up is always a option and an fantastic solution for us both.

 

Insurance cover:

Australia Post covers up to $100 for lost parcels, anything above this is not covered for lost parcels with tracking.

At our discretion we may add extra insurance cover as a security measure, depending on the order and location. 

You are welcome to request insurance cover on your order, you will need to contact us first, so we can create a custom shipping amount with your purchase, preferably prior to payment.

 

No refunds: Check our returns policy because shipping charges paid and lost parcels are not refundable or covered by us.

Your details: Please ensure you enter/provide the correct delivery address/details as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. 

Packaging: We like to reuse and recycle where we can. Don’t be surprised by strangers packaging.

Remote locations: We cannot always deliver to all postcodes. Please contact us to discuss delivery options for distant and remote areas outside of Australia Postal services.

Prices: Shipping / product prices are in AUD and include GST.

Changes to orders: be quick, if any changes to be made to your order after it has been placed. We can’t do much once it’s posted.

 

Shipping Times:

Australia Post is great service and most orders received within 7 days from the day we post it.

The delivery service may have delays in service especially during busy demand periods and we are not liable for shipments which do not arrive at the expected time.

If you have a deadline please order ahead of time so your parcel with arrive to your door with plenty of time to spare. Express post is available. 

The Australian Post website has updated delivery times and delay alerts.

We don’t have time to check everyone’s tracking. Please check your own tracking information we’ve emailed you, so you’ll know in advance when it will be delivered.

We carefully inspect and package your order for before shipment, so please inspect your purchase on its arrival. 

It is our wish that your orders arrive safe and sound, however if you have any concerns please let us know right away.
