Delivery

Our aim: is to provide you with the best value and most suitable delivery for your order. Please contact us if you have any questions, we are happy to help.

Delivery costs: from $4.50. This will vary depending on what you purchase. (weight/postcode/size)

Standard or Express Shipping: Shipping costs on smaller items/orders are calculated at the checkout. Please ensure you have checked your shipping option.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the calculated shipping costs, please contact us so we can check and custom quote your shipping.

Custom shipping: We offer you custom shipping quotes for all furniture, larger items and general enquires; send us your address, postcode and details using our contact form: mention all the item(s) you're are interested in so we can find you the best shipping solution based on your order and delivery details.

Free Pick up: Visit is at our Swan Creek showroom. Please contact us first for details and open hours.

International Shipping: we can arrange ‘custom shipping’ to New Zealand on smaller orders such as items from our Cowgirl Boutique and Wallet Buckle Collection. ‘Custom shipping’ details for international customers are the same as above, please contact us using our contact form with your inquiry. 

No refunds: Check our returns policy because shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Shipping providers

  • Standard parcels -we use Australia Post services. auspost.com.au
  • Express parcels, also Australia Post.
  • Custom shipping (larger items) -we use our local South West Parcel Express. Warwick 4370. Office (07) 4661 3700

Our delivery method may vary depending on your order and postcode.

Your details: Please ensure you enter/provide the correct delivery address/details as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. 

Tracking: When your items have been dispatched, we’ll email you with the transport provider and the tracking number.

Private delivery: If we are delivering your order, we will make contact when the order is ready and arrange a suitable time to make the delivery.

Packaging: We like to reuse and recycle where we can. Don’t be surprised by strangers packaging.

Please note: we cannot always deliver furniture and large homeware items to all postcodes. Please contact us to discuss delivery options for distant and remote areas etc.

Prices: Shipping / product prices are in AUD and include GST.

Order dispatch timeframes: We are a small family business here at Swan Creek and we do our best to have all orders dispatched quickly. Our dispatch times depend on the order but generally, we dispatched orders from Warwick 4370 within 2 to 3 working days. However, during busier times, rodeo or show days and lead up to Christmas etc our dispatch times may take up to 7 working days.

Changes to orders: if you request any changes to be made to your order after it has been placed, this may delay the dispatch times.

Custom orders: due to the uniqueness of custom orders, dispatch timeframes will vary. We do our best to have your order shipped quickly but once the order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over what happens next. Delivery times are indicative only and we are not liable for shipments which do not arrive at the expected time. 

Shipping: Once your item has been shipped normal shipping estimate times apply. Please note: The delivery service may have delays in service especially during busy demand periods. These issues rarely come up, but just in case they do please contact the transport provider with your tracking number for more information. If you cannot resolve the issue or are concerned about your delivery please let us know and we can assist to resolve it.

To avoid delays in transit, deliveries are usually made within normal business hours only, we suggest you or someone you trust will be available to receive the order during normal business hours.

Also we can't know or predict what might happen on the delivery truck itself. Sometimes they get in accidents or hit large bumps which cause boxes to get damaged. We pack them very efficiently to minimise any damage, but it's impossible to have full control.

check your package right away.
