Our aim: is to provide you with the best value and most suitable delivery for your order. 

Delivery Cost: (shipping & handling) from small parcel $9 through to large boxed parcels. 

This price increases automatically at checkout, depending on what you purchase (weight & size etc)

If for any reason you are unhappy with the calculated shipping costs, please message us so we can check it.

All Items under 1M including folded rugs, can be easily added to cart and purchased online. 

Delivered to your preferred address with Australia Post services. Tracking is added to each parcel with both Standard and Express options available at checkout.

Custom shipping: We offer you custom shipping quotes for all furniture, fragile and larger items over 1M. These items cannot be automatically added to cart. 

For a quote; send us your address, postcode and details using our contact form: mention all the item(s) you're are interested in so we can find you the best shipping solution based on your order and delivery details. 

Furniture: We often deliver Furniture and big orders ourselves, we’ve found this the best solution.
Delivery for Warwick, Toowoomba, other Southern Downs, Scenic Rim, Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Stanthorpe areas are best for us. Other locations require more planning and are unable to deliver to the far away Australia locations at this current time.

Free Local delivery: Free automatic local delivery for all orders over $120 within our local post codes 4370 and 4371. Warwick QLD.

Free Pick up: This option is now available at out online checkout. Pick up times are By Appointment only at Swan Creek location.

International Shipping: we¬†can arrange ‚Äėcustom shipping‚Äô to New Zealand on smaller orders¬†such as items¬†from our Cowgirl Boutique and Wallet Buckle Collection. ‚ÄėCustom shipping‚Äô details for international customers are the same as above, please contact us using our contact form with your inquiry.¬†

Tracking: When your items have been dispatched, we’ll email you with the transport provider and the tracking number.
We may add extra cover with the tracking. This is at our costs as a security measure depending on the order and location.

No refunds: Check our returns policy because shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Your details: Please ensure you enter/provide the correct delivery address/details as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. 

Private delivery: If we are delivering your order, we will make contact when the order is ready and arrange a suitable time to make the delivery.

Packaging: We like to reuse and recycle where we can. Don’t be surprised by strangers packaging.

Please note: we cannot always deliver to all postcodes. Please contact us to discuss delivery options for distant and remote areas outside of Australia Postal services.

Prices: Shipping / product prices are in AUD and include GST.

Order dispatch timeframes: We are a small family business here at Swan Creek and we do our best to have all orders dispatched quickly. Our dispatch times depend on the order but generally, we dispatched orders from Warwick 4370 within 2 to 3 working days. However, during busier times, rodeo or show days and lead up to Christmas etc our dispatch times may take up to 7 working days. 
Our delivery method may vary depending on your order and postcode. 

Changes to orders: if you request any changes to be made to your order after it has been placed, this may delay the dispatch times.

Custom orders: due to the uniqueness of custom orders, dispatch timeframes will vary. We do our best to have your order shipped quickly but once the order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over what happens next. Delivery times are indicative only and we are not liable for shipments which do not arrive at the expected time. 

Shipping: Once your item has been shipped normal shipping estimate times apply. Please note: The delivery service may have delays in service especially during busy demand periods. These issues rarely come up, but just in case they do please contact the transport provider with your tracking number for more information. If you cannot resolve the issue or are concerned about your delivery please let us know and we can assist to resolve it.

To avoid delays in transit, deliveries are usually made within normal business hours only, we suggest you or someone you trust will be available to receive the order during normal business hours.

We can't know or predict what might happen on the delivery truck itself. Sometimes they get in accidents or hit large bumps which cause boxes to get damaged. We pack them very efficiently to minimise any damage, but it's impossible to have full control.

Once your order arrives, please check your package right away.
